New pcv valve is making a chirpping sound

I just put in a new aftermarket pcv valve. The damn the thing is loud making a whirring/chirrping sound. (It's sort of similar to the sound your power sterring makes when it's out of fluid). It's a plastic one does that make a difference? I read all the posts i could find on the subject, but no one seems to have had the same problem.
Should i get a Genuine Honda pcv valve?

Mine is a plastic fram PCV valve. grey on top. black on the bottom, it should rattle if you shake it. the whining noise may be a leak.

it should not matter unless its sealed tight. IF there is a leak, the chirpping sound could be from the bubbles escaping or the connector base vibrating.
