how hard would it be to swap the b16a1 from an integra. It is non vtech.

that would be a D16a1 (not great), swapping engines isnt worth the 10hp difference depending on year... Ive never seen that swap done. Your better off tuning the stock A20

B16A is from 89-92 JDM Integra. You're looking at a D16 from the earlier models. Don't waste your time with that swap.

VTEC, not VTECH. :D You're better off with the A-series motor. A-series own D-series. :D

leave the A series in front, and put a B series in the trunk, and turbo both of those!!!! :rofl:

(sorry about this i jus heard that some guy did something similar to his hyundia tiburon)

as for the origianl question, i dont know anything, but i have heard a lot of people on here say (and a quote) "never under-estimate the power of the A20" so stick with what u got and work on it.

im not saying its not possible, im saying its a waste of time/effort/money because there is very little if any performance gain given by swapping to a d series, even if it is a zc

any way the d16a1 is crappier then the ZC, just do a bseries swap or turbo the A.

If you want to swap, there is no other choice than the B series. The JDM B20A is a B series after all.

yeah but the jdm b20 is almost a direct swap. any other b-series is alot of work
