bumper bolts

man i cant figure out how to take off my bumper so i can take out the amber tints in the trurn signal. i take it almost off and its just hangin there but it wont come off, is there somethin im missin?? i d/l ed the blueprints to the bumper but i dont see what im doin wrong. is there anyway i can bypass takin the thing off and unscrew it from the inside?? cars are a bitch but they definately keep my occupied

Well, If you are just wanting to take out the turn signals, you shouldn't have to take off the bumber. If you just lie on your back and look straigt up under the signal you should see a hole in the styrofoam backing in the bumper. you will see a screw up in there. loosen it and you will be able to pop the signals out. Oh yeah, I guess I should mention that you need to pop the plastic covers off the fog light holes to be able to see up there if you haven't already done so..
