i don't think anybody here has really tried interior swaps around here... all i can say is give it a shot, but dashes are a bit of a bitch to work on... just measure the width and height before you do anything to either dash

It's not gonna fit. The dash itself from the Teg will be a couple inches shorter than the Accord. And the curvature probably won't fit either.
