I am sad to say I am parting with my SE-i. I've owned it since it was new and has been the best car ever. I did it because I have 4 other cars and no room in my garage and driveway. it has 230,000 miles on it and does not burn oil. It starts every day and with the exception of vibration in my steering wheel from a worn rear engine mount the car drives like it did when it was new. I hope I get as many miles on my other hondas. I will truely miss it. I plan on staying with this site though.

You had it since new. You should think it would be like a son to you then. And you dont go selling your own son :)

Yea your right. I do feel like it's a family member but like all sons it's time it leaves home. I have other sons to take care of.

My dad bought my Se-i over 10 years ago... from the original owner, and the car was practically new... cost $11,000 cdn. It has since been in my family and I don't think I could ever sell it... I wanted it as my car ever since my dad bought it.

I bought my LX 2 years ago from the original owners... they still talk about it when i see em and tell me stories. They had some words for me when they found out about the tranny swap... but oh well. I love it as much as they did/do.

I think that DBMaster has had his LXi since new as well.
