just to clarify. a b20a out of an '86-'88 prelude would bolt in? just not out of later preludes.

1986-1987 JDM preludes. 1986-1989 JDM Accords. Those will bolt in.

Search for jdm accord motor and you will find that the jdm b20a is the motor out of the 3rd generation jdm accords. The B20A motors that have #'s after the A won't be a direct bolt in motor. The JDM motors for our cars are a direct bolt in and the motor id is B20A

88-89 ludes had different B20 motor. it doesn't even come close to bolting in.

Keep in mind the JDM prelude B20A says "B20A" only as well so you have to know what your looking for. Most places dont know the difference and the accord version is much harder to find. If you on the east coast try to get one from the guy in NYC thats here on the board.
