OK... I have pacesetter cat back piping... soon to have headers and no cat aswell (resonator in place) ... and currently I have a remus universal muffler... problem is, i didnt think it through before i went to the exhaust shop, and the stupid muffler sticks out too damn far.

So, I want to get a new muffler, and I would kinda like to keep with twin tip, IMO it looks best on our cars... But, I don't want something really loud. It needs a 2.25" inlet, but I would like to stay as quiet as possible.

Post up some good mufflers if you can, and if you have it on your car... post up sound links!

On my 3g I had a Ractive twin tip muffler that looked pretty good. It could get a little loud at times, though. In general, it seems the cheaper the muffler, the louder...and the universal ones never seem to be all that quiet.
