I hit a deer a few months ago and im looking to replace the front left fender by myself...has anyone tried to do this? it seems like its possible but i wanna make sure before i go ripping into things, i have an 89 lxi coupe

The fender is pretty easy to take off. You need to remove the bumper and corner signal. From what I can remember there are 3 bolts on top that you get at by popping the hood, 2 or 3 bolts that you get at by opening the door, another 2 or 3 bolts by the front of the fender that you have to remove the bumper and light to access, and then the plastic screws underneath the fender that connect the inner fender to the actual fender.

Flip the headlights up with the switch on the dash to get the two screws for the sidemarkers... removed the sidemarkers by pulling them out.

ah ok, didnt think i would have to remove the bumper? as for the sidemarker, the deer already removed it for me :) thanks for the help
