any one know what the max. offset can fit on our cars? I got a set of 195-55-16's wheels and tires(run flats) with a 45mm-48mm offset(at home so i don't know exactly what the offset is) for $150. They are off a mini cooper s.
I got an 86 accord. stock height(for now anyways)

Thanks guys!

i thought the mini cooper had a 5 lug bolt pattern...

and i believe that 45mm offset will work for sure, and i think the 48mm offset will as well... just be damned sure of the bolt pattern...

that may help, may not... i believe i've heard of some guys here running 18's with a 48mm offset, so you should be good... if they don't fit, just ebay them...

usually a 195 width tire (the ones on the SE-i or the LXi, but a 14") can be run on a 38-40 mm offset preferred. But with a 45 mm offset u will have the tire sticking out a little bit outta ur fenders. IF its a freebie get them and try em on, but i see its only a $150. Well get it and sell those rims, and get a decent sized one for u if you want.

Actually the higher offset will cause the rims to be tucked more into the fenders... a lower offset will move the wheel center towards the outside of the car. (ex. 30mm offset will stick out a bit)
