Well here's yet another set of custom clear corners I have made. FU PCP :)

It's obviously winter here in MN and I don't want to F-up my JDM corners so I put these on instead. I really like them and its going to be hard to take them off in the spring. :( I'll probably make a different style of clear corners later. I'm planning on making a JDM style clear corner (with the bulge :) )

What do you guys think of them?

I cant really tell you if they look good without a hi-res close up, but they seem to look good.

I'll get closer pics I just snapped a pic through my house window (its fuzzy b/c of the screen) I need to get some hyper white bulbs for the front sidemarkers b/c you can definately tell the difference between the 2 bulbs on each corner.

And another.

The hyper white bulb doesn't seem too bright now that its white all around and its daylight. But holy crap are they bright at night. The inside of both corners are painted chrome to help reflect the light.

andrew there are already how to's for this.
yea i think i like the very first set you made, where you just replace the orange part of it. Im curious how you did that, did you just take a dremel to cut the orange piece out?

Yeah I know but his are fairly unique...I was actually wondering what material he used, it looks like the front off a flourescent light but I know if you tried to bend that stuff it would just snap.

The ones I just made are made of the flourescent light fixture plastic. You have to be really good with a heat gun. What I did with the first set is cut out most of the orange lense then I slowly and very carefully sanded the rest of the orange lense away. The reason you have to be careful is theres a lip that the orange lense is mounted to. And you you can't wreck that b/c the lenses you make need to sit on that lip and then you silicone them in.
