i already downloaded that... but i couldnt couldnt find anything (i suck at searching for stuff), can someone direct me to the right page on that downloadable manual... i looked in the transaxle section... but i didnt see anything:(... it seemed like it was all about removing and installing the transmission & parts

The adjust really isn't meant for moving the engagement point. It's to correct the amount of freeplay in the cable linkage. It should be set so that the end of the release arm can move about 1/4"when the clutch pedal is all the way up.

so how do i go about adjusting the engagement point? and also is there a way to make the pedal less stiff???

The stiffness of the pedal = release arm free play is the only thing that you can adjust. Look for a black knob near your battery... rotate it either way and see if it helps... or go by the manual.
