The adjust really isn't meant for moving the engagement point. It's to correct the amount of freeplay in the cable linkage. It should be set so that the end of the release arm can move about 1/4"when the clutch pedal is all the way up.
so how do i go about adjusting the engagement point? and also is there a way to make the pedal less stiff???

The stiffness of the pedal = release arm free play is the only thing that you can adjust. Look for a black knob near your battery... rotate it either way and see if it helps... or go by the manual.
you guys are awesome thanx for all the help so far... i'll see what happens, thanx again guys
