all new belts, fuel filter, any leaky gasket, any bad suspension parts, fresh oil change, transmission fluid change, and grease all of your hinges and such...

Thats a great price if the body is rustfree and you sound like you're already set with the parts from the old lady...
I'd do the Engine oil, tranny oil(Honda), PS fluid (Honda), all the belts, plugs/wires, cap & rotor, upgrade coil, ColdAirIntake,Fuel Filter, might as well replace the water pump and tensioner pulley while you have the Tbelt off, Grease all the fittings you can find. I'd also degrease the engine bay (simple green.. apparently).
test your alternator too
I'm not sure if you have cruise control or not, but I'd highly reccomend it if you are doing any hwy driving..... the module isn't that complicated.. JY no prob..
A little more than I think you were asking, but Its hard to stop when its not my money......LMAO
Good luck man, I'm glad you stuck with the 3Gs

I would change out all of the fluids (oil, tranny) to begin with to clean it out a bit. Check out the belts while you are in there too. Spark plugs/wires all of that.
