Is $90 a good price to get the hood painted?

That would be to wipe it down / sand it / fill it / then paint it

So is that a good price?

I'm wondering if I could just look around a junk yard and find a maroon hood for cheaper than that. If so that'd be a better choice. I dunno though.

No thats pretty good for sanding alone, but what about primer?

I would try to go to the junkyard also. The one you get painted will be new fresh paint and not blend in with everything else like a good junkyard hold would.

$25, didn't know it'd be that cheap.

And yea it was gonna be for primer too.

I'm gonna check out the junkyard tomorr though.

with 100 bucks, can't you buy a spray gun and do it your self...it's just the hood right shouldn't be that much of a pain...as long as you kno the method and right paint to use.

He needs a compressor too.

$90 isn't bad just for the hood. That is if it is sanding, filling, primer, & paint.

That is an excellent price to get it sanded, filled, primered and painted. I might just drive clear up there and have them paint my car lol.

I rear-ended this jackass with a big brake kit and his bumper alone (it cudve been easily fixed with touch up paint) cost me 460 bucks.....asshole
