Vaccum line size??

Hey guys,
It about that time to replace all those damn vaccum line in my 86 LX :thumbdn: . I was wonderin if anyone knew what size they are? 4mm, 6mm?
and off hand does anyone know how hard it is to change the E.G.R. valve?

Our Size is

5/32" = 0.156250000" = ~ 4 mm

4 mm = 0.157480315" = ~ 5/32"
