it harold again i look on ebay and other jdm site for good engine so i desided to look at donor car with automatic trans but i have one question will the engine if i go for a 3rd generation accord okay if buy a donor car and i swap the engine from the donor will i have to change the transmission from the car that i going to buy or take the engine and trans from the dor car and put into the car that i'm going to buy

You need the engine and trans that matches the motor... in most cases.
Ayways if you want auto you need an Auto Style radiator or two Oil coolers. One isn't enough in my opinion and it says so on some packages for oil coolers.

You also need all the cables and possibly the shifter assembly inside the car since the gear lockouts migh be different. If the car has some kind of electronic trans you might need an auto style ecu for that motor.
Anyways you're safer it you go this way.
Example
D16 motor - D16 Trans Auto or Manual

B16 motor - B16 Trans Auto or Manual

A20 motor - A20 Trans Auto or Manual


also don't forger to grab axles. though they may not be usable... at least you'll have auto axles to match the auto trans.
