That could be true because one of my lights does not go down. like the motor do bring it down is broke. the light works but it does not go up and down do you think this is what it is

I've had lots of light bulbs out in my accord and the only time the light ever came on was when the back brake light exploded from being immersed in water that filled up the tail-light. I wish we had a hood light because once I drove 10 minutes before seeing my hood was flapping up and down while I was going 65mph, I am so luck that thing didn't just rip off.

it's a headlight warning, it usually comes on when the motor is recieving power and the light is jammed stuck, make sure there are no wires in the way (ssee if you can open and close the light by turning the knob on the motor) if the motor turns smoothly (very slow but the light should be able to go all the way up or down after like 15 turns) then it's probably a burned motor. If it is hard to move the motor look for anything jamming it (including the headlight's own wiring)
