There's an article in the newest Honda Tuning about these with a whole write up. Seems like an interesting idea.

yeah you should grab the honda tuning, lots of good info there. It also demonstrates the power you can gain from it but the need for good fuel managemant even doing this project, itll require a much different tune than stock. They used an SAFC to tune (or maybe it was VAFC) and the dyno chart looked rough as hell

part of why i so much wanna go with DCOEs... if i do want to go ITBs after that, i just have to buy the TBs, as they make DCOE TBs

how come some guys run the ITB's without those foam filters, do they not like the engine or something?

hey i might just take off my whole air box and run one fat ass itb. hahahaha

some people use velosity stacks which have screens in them, not as clean as a filter but gets a lil more power

The chart was so rough because they didn't use the fuel magement system tune up.....they ran it off the stock one for the first one i thought....then later they ran it with the FMS.....if i remeber right they had like 116 WHP w/ the stock FMS......then it boosted up into around 142WHP with the AEM FMS tuned..dunno bout torque but it was a D-series 97 civic ex...
