Well i have Tokico gas shox and they were working pretty good but now there acting kinda weird. Now this is only on the rear there acting strange so i put the rear up on jacks and while there up inthe air i can move my wheels up and down with ease and my coilover springs are loose and move around. What could contribute to this???? IS it possible that they were installed wrong???

Tokico shocks are not good for coilovers.
How far of a drop do you have them at??
Sounds like you blown your valves in the shocks.

Did Jack at Bilstein suggest you go with 100/300 on the revalve?
