DEQ problems

ok guys.. I am having issues with DEQ, they failed me 2 times

1) the THC was 3.92 - the NOx was 6.73 - mileage was at 18.61 MPG

after a major tune up and stuff

2) THC was 3.77 - the NOx was 6.86 - mileage was at 18.35 MPG

it seems the NOx went up, and the mileage went down... I am confused... :sad2:
