My car WONT WARM-UP.... on my dash the thermomiter wont go higher then about qourter of the way up....(rememebr car been sitting for about 3 years)... and its not heating up ma engine..( i think that might be why i failed emissins test).. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME? :ugh:

Have you checked your thermostat?

Thermostat is most likely stuck open. Buy a new one. 5 bucks or so and replace it.

mine had the same problem. it was my thermostat and i needed water and antifreeze in my back up resovoir and radiator

and buy a good thermostat. I bought one that bought the farm as soon as the weather turned cold. Got so frustrated that I caved on got one from the dealership.

buy a fail safe thermostat. I don't know how much thay are for a accord but there $16 for a 92 civy.

it worked for him though, didn't it?!

i had the same problem, took forever to "warm up," but it actually was. stuck open thermometer. replacement fixed it, and also fixed a weird blipping at idle caused from bad temp readings.
