I just sold my 97 Accord EXL for $6000. It had 167,000 miles on it. These cars hold their value so well. The car was in imaculate shape and the engine was clean enough to eat off of. It ran as good as it did when we bought it in 97. I am still amazed. I paid 22,700 for it new.

ya one of the best thing about owning a honda. but there are some people who over do it. last week i saw a 89sei coupe for $3000

strange value of hondas seem to dip around the bay area since there are so many of them..

yah my girl is going to buy a solara now, since they wouldn't dip on the price of the '03's...

my dads 92 accord wagon has 206k on it and it runs sweet, my friends 91 wagon has 263k on it and it still uses very little oil too

Yeah, that is true. My 89 Coupe has not depreciated at all in the last three years!

The local Dealer told us when it was new that after five years Honda Accords still averaged a resale value that was 50% of its original price. I did not believe him, but he was right.
