Find a place that does powdercoating and have it done in whatever blue you want.

i cant do rims!!! my oven aint big enough for that! but i can do any valve cover any color but i got to know what color and what type of valve cover. of course the bigger the cover the more it costs but ill still do it. i might be able to do turbo compressors and well baisically if i dont have to hang it up i can do it. well maybe i can do a cai but i got to look at my oven first. now if i do this i better not get no bitchin about time cause i work a full time job and dont have alot of time to spare but if i recieve a piece to get coated it shouldnt take more than 2 weeks to get it back out. ittl prolly start at about 50 bucks for an a20 valve cover and prolly like 55 for a b20 ar anything dohc. i will sand blast it and coat it ill even wipe off the friggin honda emblems too. let me know, pm me or whatever but ill do it. oh and for a list of colors go to eastwood.comand look for hot coat colors and pick one out. please dont get the shit that the sun reflects until i tell you its alright cause i havent tried it yet.

I would just get it done at a place that does powder coating. Most of them have a flat fee of $50 or $75 but you can do several items for that fee as long as you want them the same color. I think it took them about 5 days to get all my stuff done for the accord.

you can use any heat resistant paint. I used duplicolor 'Metalcast' after stripping the paint with an 'aircraft paint stripper'... that shit was potent....
A light sanding, paint it with the spray can; and its done. It's pretty easy and if you do it yourself you can match the colour more easily when doing plastics in your engine bay(if you're into that..)
here is my old valve cover (from the hatchRIP)

looks nice

i wonder for how long. i noticed that from all the day to day driving, even the stock valve cover with its black factory paint, gets coated with shit and is pretty much stuck on there. :(

If you have oil leaks I would just recommend sticking with black b/c it will look like crap real fast with any other color. On my malibu I painted the engine orange and every little leak was soo visible, and everyone knows how chevy engines love to leak oil, even after replacing all of the gaskets.

I had a car like that, i wanted to just park it over a big oil pan and poor it back in every few days.
