even though she has good emisions, she still has plenty of pep. i went to 110 mph and just barely hit 4000 rpm but then ran out of space. this was goinf slightly uphill too. not bad for an automatic

English please. :D My car fails emissions. B series engines don't have EGR valves and PA bases their inspection on the chassis, not the engine.
In PA emissions is done by county, only the more populated ones need it.
Mine passed the last 3 years, woohoo. I was kinda worried this year too, but pass.

Mine never passes the first time on emissions(montgomery county, PA). I think I need some 02 sensors and if that doesn't fix it maybe the cat.

inspection 30 (if you can pass)
sticker 70 (with stickers and certificate that you passe)
for the extra 40 you dont have to worry about taking the test

Yeah I think this year I'm just going to go the not legal route and just buy the sticker since I just I am a friend of a friend of the person who signs my emissions stickers. I really doubt I will ever get pulled over to get my emissions checked, but if I do, then I'd be screwed. Even though I would be paying an additional $60 to get the non-test sticker I still don't mind it since I am pretty sure the cat will need to be replaced soon and no matter how you look at it a straight pipe is cheaper than a cat.

its good if you know your not going to pass. the whole idea is, the sticker is good for a year, after the first month your pretty much safe cuz anything could of changed on your car in a month

In MO if you can show proof that you spent $250 for repairs to make it pass (wither shop reciept or parts reciepts) you are allowed to get a sticker that says you passed. Moral here... buy $250 worth of stuff from a parts store, get sticker, return $250 worth of stuff to parts store... But you cant pass inspection if all of the emissions stuff isnt in place, assuming you don't find a shop that won't care.
