colt cam and adj cam gear

i just got my colt cam and adj cam gear on the car , and want to know you other guys with colt cam set the cam gear to

i think you have to dyno it with the cam gear set at diff positions. that is the only way you will find out what is the best for your motor.

the cam gear setting would be diff for diff motor setups. just get it dynoed.

it would be nice if we knew which cams had what amount of valve retard/advance already ground into them. i know there's more to it than that, but it would provide somewhat of a starting point.
