Should I go with eBay, which is $32.99 with shipping, or ProCarParts.com, which is $58.23 with shipping? Why is ProCarParts.com more expensive and is there any disadvantage to buying from makotoautotrends, the seller from eBay? Has anyone had a bad experience? How long did it take to ship (from either seller)?

Also, it would be fairly easy to replace the bumper bulbs with orange ones to keep the car street-legal, right?

Any help would be great. Thanks.

The ones on eBay are from Procarparts. Just get them on eBay since they're cheaper. Check each seller's feedback to see what kind of business practices they use. Shipping shouldn't take anymore than a week even across the country. The bulbs are extremely simple to replace. When you pull them out of the housing, just switch to the orange ones and put it back in.

The bulbs come with the lights and it will be apparent how to replace them when you take the housings out.

If you don't have the orange lensed lights use hot water and clear them yourself, it only takes 5 minutes per side, seriously, and it costs $2 for the clear sealant and another $2 for the orange bulbs. Otherwise procarparts is your only option.
