I just got my Centerforce clutch put in two days ago and then didnt get on it till last night but only went to the high end of second. This morning I went to the middle of third and the tach dropped down to zero and flew back up to 4 and a half and the check engine light was flashing. I put it into forth and the tach was fine and then the engine light stopped blinking. When the tach was bouncing it felt like the car was governing out but i was only doing like 65-70. It doesnt throw codes so i have no clue on this one.

When the check engine light comes on it throws a code. What code did you get?

look under the driver seat to find out about the codes.
i don't think it is your clutch.

It was weird it was like the car would die and then restart. Since i was driving i couldnt check the codes. The light was just flashing.

Need to break in that clutch before you get on it. Follow the break in directions very carefully or call the manufacture and find out what they want you to do. I would go at least 300 miles before Id horse it myself.

you still haven't said whether or not the ECU is throwing a code. the ECU can throw a code or keep a code in memory even if the CEL light isn't on. Take a look and see if your code is still flashing down there.
from the sound of it, something might be loose. Unless you have this problem again in the same gear, I bet a wire connection just came loose as you were punching the gas. Maybe something grounded out and as the G-force from your acceleration went away, the wire ungrounded.
I agree with Alex. it's almost certainly not your clutch. those either work or they don't, usually.

Chris is right, ECU will keep the codes even if the light is out.
the other thing you may want to check is your PS or AC pumps. sometimes they can froze up on you. my AC pump froze up on me and car would not idle or would idle but very hard. So check them just to be on the safe side.
