What will directly drop into my 3g?

Ive got an 87 carbed and I wanna know if an 89 fi will drop in? And what I should expect to have to do to convert to FI (assuming everything is ready on the engine, just need everything else)

By the way Ive got 282XXXkm on my original 87 engine. Still pulls good and doesnt burn anything, but just to be safe I wanna pick up an engine, and rebuild it. Better than oem :D

Just for future reference, read over the FAQ and How-to's and run a search before asking a question. Tons of info for you to view compiled over many years.
