My PGM-FI light comes on when I hit highway speed with my 86 LXi. It seems to run fine and will reset with a restart. Any ideas?
Thanks,
-Eli

it doesn't reset after you restart your motor. the ECU still have the code blinking.
check under your seat.

Ok. just checked it. 12 blinks. According to the FAQ:
12 85-98 Accord
EGR Lift Sensor (Exhaust Gas Recirculation)
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor
Easiest way to clean the sensor??? Is there a fuse to reset the computer?
Thanks for the help,
-Eli
Is there a fuse to reset the computer?
Fuse #11 in the under the hood fuse/relay panel.

you can take the EGR valve out and clean it with carb cleaner. Check to make sure it holds the vacuum properly.
to reset ECU, pull out #10 and 11 fuses under the hood. they both have to be pulled out.

Will disconnecting the battery also reset the ECU?
Thanks.

yes, but we're all lazy and prefer pulling fuses.
