hey, i was searching the internet to see what i could do to improve my accords performance and i found this one sight:

could some one please tell me if the advance timing thing really works? is it safe to do? and would you be able to explain it to me a bit better because i dont know my engin all that well and i cant find the thing that it tells you to turn.
alsow i want to find out what the optimum shifting points are for my car but i cant figure it out. and I want to know how come i seam to beat every accord i race is it because i have an EX-I i even raced an accored with a air intake and an exaust and still beat him but my car is stock right now. please help!!! :sad2:
