When should the O2 sensors be changed ?

gas consumption should/could be better 329 miles/tank

also need to change muffler - not loud yet ! baffles inside muffler rustred- can tell by banging on muffer get audible noise thought I would wait till it busted and got loud (should I put an OEM HONDA muffler on my ride asap or wait ?

you should get a racing muffler. they make a cool sound and they give free hp. get a stainless tip too and then you can look cool and sound cool and get a few extra ponies and save a little gas..

I changed mine when I did a full tuneup but it is never a bad time.

Yeah, but aren't o2 sensors hella expensive. That is why I question changing mine. Plus with the lxi, there are 2 of them. It would be a shame to have to spend mucho $$$ on something not needed. I think there was a post some where on how to test the o2 sensors. Has something to do with using voltmeter or something. Try doing a search and see what you come up with..

40 bucks total from www.nopi.com for universal NTK ones get the 20 dollar each ones the real cheep ones I think are not for a lxi.

besides I get over 400 to a tank. Also for a cheep racing muffler that everyone here seems to love get a dynomax superturbo I got mine 39.99 advanced auto parts
