Any leaks in your exhaust? (particularly in the cat?)

As long as your emissions controls are hooked up correctly, and your exhaust is ok, then you just have one more thing to get:

It's really important to follow the instructions. (they're simple)
Just run your tank pretty dry, add one bottle, fill up, drive that tank almost to empty, get emissions test, THEN you can fill up again.

Your almost right in the order of this. Put a bottle in a full tank, run it to empty then fill up again and go get your car tested. This stuff works very well. I failed a test, put this stuff in and followed the instructions, got my test and passed easily. Make sure the cat is hot when you go. If your cat is worn as mine was, it needs to be hot to work at all. i did replace my cat and passed with flying colors this time.

I basically drove around town for 20minutes with alot of WOT to clear up the cat a bit and then went to the smog station. Never go to the smog station with a cold start!
