Pry the emblem out of the middle of the wheel and there is one bolt that hold is on under there. I think it's 17 mm. Remove the bolt and the wheel should come right off. Be careful not to rip the cruise control wire off though.

it'll take a little longer but, it's how i did it...

...remove the wheel cowl (the two black plastic pieces that surround the hazard, and other switches). There are screw a the bottom of it. + bit. Now there are screws at the back of the steering wheel that hold the center piece of the wheel. (The piece with the horn buttons.) Now you have easy access to that bolt that hold the wheel on.

ok, ok, I know I take the hard way... ...but that's my way of justifying taking the car apart.
:bh:

:321: <-- Just 'cuz i think this one looks kool as hell :flip:

4 + screws at the back of the wheel
take those out and the cover will pop off
take off the horn and cc sockets
then use a 19mm or u can use the tire cross thingy on the center bolt
