here is what i would suggest for you:
1. crane Hi-6 ignition. i had one, man the engine ran better and it sure made diff on the top end.
2. get rid of your short ram and get full CAI with real K&N and not some fake shit you get from ebay.
3. Get new cam. I had Delta 272 grind. you don't realize how much power it gives you untill you remove it. if you want to keep as daily driver i would say go with 272 grind. if you want more i would recomend next one up. I know that 272 wasn't enough for me.

ditch the heavy ass system, weight reduction goes a long way. A lightweight flywheel will be lots of fun N/A... kinda pricey though

I SAY YOU STRIP THE INTERIOR AND PUT IN A CUSTOM GRIND CAM AND A MSD 6A. THE 6A GIVES A SHITLOAD OF HIGH END POWER . LIKE PIT BULL SAID DAMMIT MAN!

Yeah if you spend $500 on an aluminum one. Or spend $150 and get a quality lightened flywheel from me! 15lbs. ain't too shabby. Sorry gotta plug it!

phrenology how long does it take you to do a flywheel and do i have to send it into you or do you have some laying around. Also how heavy is our stock flywheel. I know those things are tanks.

They are new lightened flywheels so there is no core needed.

I believe, with your set-up, you are at 140-145hp range and 120-124hp at the wheel.
What I recomend with $1000, is a new wilder cam ($225), a adjustable cam gear ($80-100), B&M fuel pressure regulator, B16A intake manifold with stock 240cc peak and hold B16a injectors and stock 58mm B16A throttle body( first genearation or 60mm second) cheap second hand $300 for all.
$600-650 for everything and left $350-400 for labour work and Dyno Tuning.
I believe with that set-up you could go easy 140 whp and 160-165hp crank hp.
But if you can spend more money, or you can avoid the labor cost, with $300-400 more you could service the engine, miled the head for higher Compression ( wilder cam will work better with higher C/R) and put a new head gasket and timing belt.
Then you'll have a complete engine with 170hp ( 145+whp) that will outperform many VTEC B combinations.
Look also to openloop Accord A20 makes 140whp and 160-165 crank hp(stock C/R here, + MSD ignition, but without P&P work on head that you have) with similar set-up
to that, I recomend you:

I think any Accord 3G, even with N/A tuned A20 160+carnk hp can be ahead of many b16a INTEGRA-CIVIC combinations.
I believe that is in the same performance level with INTEGRA GSR 170hp ( similar weight 1210hp, similar drag coeficient 0.32, similar whp power, more torque from 2.0L
A20, but shorter gear ratio for B18C1)...........

Anyway, good luck with your set-up!

( I forget, do you have a straight pipe?? or a race cat???? they are essential....)

I'd say do an integ frankenstien tranny like yasu did and get those quick starts working for you. Do like he says and keep the accord 5th gear for gas mileage.
other than that I'd spend money on the CAI (or hood scoop) 1st and then do the hi flow cat. you already have a shaved flywheel, so n/ mind that.. A new cam would be next, then the adjustable cam gear and some fuel pressure goodies.

Other than that... I'd save enough money to boost it and then have some serious fun
