Just a small update on my car.

Definitely one that makes the car looks a little better I must say! 95 Accord Lip. Cost me 28bucks brand new from the dealer. Installation was pretty straight forward, and I was suprised that I needed to cut a few things in order to fit that sucka on. I had to cut the middle peice as well as cut slits on the side of the lip to bend it to match our own bumper. I used rivets and washers to hold the bumper on, which imo is better than self tapping screws.

Here are some pics of it so far. As far as fitment it isn't ideally flushed since the front of the lip sticks out on the bottom. I didn't have a heat gun laying around when I was doing this today so I just said screw it. Anyways, I can barely get my driveway now. It has paperthin clearance for me. I need to get a lower driveway for my car. :(

Enjoy! :D

I need to get me a lip too. Bet shipping was cheap. Get it from Majestic?

*edit* local dealer? I pay way to much if I use local Honda dealer.
I see you blazin. lol

www.hondapartsunlimited.com has it for 28bucks + shipping.

Shipping isn't too cheap as it is a lip and is a remotely oversized box.

wow that lip looks good so it was a simple installation, mind if i take your idea and run with it on my car? Unless you dont want me stealing you style i love that, how would the back look with the 95 back lip on it?

Yea I think it is a bit bigger than I thought. It removes about 1-2inches of ground clearance I used to have. Sucks when I want to get up my stinking driveway lol.

It is is a front spoiler according to Honda. It looks to be made out of abs plastic and when you scrap you will take parts of the plastic off.

I think hondamanlxi has the skirts as well as the rear on his car. I can't be too sure if it was the prelude with him with that or was it his own car. Anyways there is usually only one way to find out, and that is to do it yourself. If you are thining about the rear, there are 3 peices to the rear (center, and side valances) so it can cost a bit more than the front.

Overall, I'm happy with it. Just wish my driveway wasn't as steep. =\ Either way my car is down for the time being. My car is sputtering when I put near WOT under 3k rpm. I hope it just needs a tuneup.

HAHA, ditch the driveway keep the car. I am the same way, i hate my steep driveway for interfering with my mods, so I just decided I'm gunna park on the side street next to my house after I drop the car and put the lip back on.

so it's aerodynamic eh? so you must feel alot more stable at high speeds? throw a nos sticker on it and you'll be flying. lol. it's looks really good though, i made a call to honda the other day and it's gonna be $35. in CAD though.

Well I riveted the sucka on and I'm getting lazy. Sunday was the first day I was off in awhile so I doubt I will do it again anytime soon.

www.hondapartsunlimited.com see if they shipp internationally. That is the cheapest place I've seen for these OEM lips.

nice guys. Me and my recovering ricer brother put a 94/5 stock accord lip on his 93 sedan, i gotta tell ya, not only does it fit like stock (well... minor cutting/bending/fab work) but it looks a little meaner, very nice for the cost (free :) )

wow, $28 at the dealership! i'll have to go check that out. i'd think more like $128, being that the dealership charges a lot most of the time. just checked the parts list. says the list price is at $37. i'll really have to check that out now. and the rear skirts are fairly cheap. i think there's 3 pieces to it. that turned out nice. so rivets and some washers. i'll have to do that when i do something like that.

wickedaccord was the first car I've seen with this 95 accord and I had 30bucks to spare so i said why not try it. I paid about 3bucks for 1/8th rivets and washers (Aluminum so it won't rust!) so about 33bucks for it all. :D Rivets and washers was a good option but so is self tapping screws.
