Shit, i'd grab a junker bumper from an 86-87 for that price, not like your going to see it, and you have to paint them anyway. You saying my hatch was ugly frankie? That's the bumper i had on it and the same bumper vinny had on his hatch :D

They really want to get rid of them! Makes me want to get one just so I can paint the car and get some more $$ for it. Then again I doubt anyone would pay anymore for a 3g with a kit.

i don't mind that style so much. i'd rather have a urathane kit, but at that price i just may have to settle for fiberglass. of coasre i'll have to bondo the kit and my bumper together for a smoother look. i wonder what the shipping will be? i'll have to call them.

i neva said your hatch looks ugly hostile, im saying that the way it was pictured is ugly. but its still better than stock...(my bad if i offended any member wit that kit, it was just my 2 cents.)

the 86-87 bumpers will fit on a 88-89 with no problem. we even had an aerodeck with a 88-89bumper.

The kit is not bad. If any i would just get the rear bumper. But i prefer the Xenon more, and even $200 for me is not worth it right now. I wish someone who wants a bodykit and has the money can just grab it.

Haha, relax, I wasn't offended. That's why I had the little smily there.

Considering people have paid full price in the past $800

200 is a steal. :)

I want that other kit for my corolla though it doesn't seem like it changes much.

It was $290 with shipping. and they don't take credit cards for them i had to use western union and they charged like $12.

So wait, how the hell do you put those things on?!?!?! super glue?!?!?! or is there a way to remove the lower halfs to put those in their locations?!?!?! thinkin of gettin a kit, but now that i just saw the pics, i'm kinda hesitant on those. let me know what the instructions say(if there is one), or how it needs to be done.

Yeah yeah, i know its an old thread, but i wanna see the finished product lol

basically i think the easy way is to use a special automotive adhesive double stick tape type of thing. :)

yeck, that aint no body kit if it has to be done that way lol. i rather get one that needs to be bolted down with the original hardwares.

even the mugen kit was like this, u pretty much stick it on to the existing stock bumper. even the sideskirts are the same way, they need to be moulded with the body and evened out with bondo or a lightweight body filler.
