So What Should I Do. Pull The Carb Off And Replace Every Thing? I Was Told 2 Get A New Carb Or Have It Rebuilt. The Car Sat For 4 Years Then Drove And Sat 2 More Years Before I Got It. By The Way I Just Found A 1986 Honda Accord Fi Lotta Body Damage But The Parts I Need 4 My Car Are In Good Shape. They Want 400obo I Think If I Can Get It For 250 Or 300 Thas A Great Deal. The Motor Is Shot But The Driver Door I Need Is In Good Shape And The Driver Side Fender. It Looks As Though The Motor Is Shot But If It Isnt Thats A Great Deal.

if you can get EFI car that has all the EFI parts, you may as well convert to EFI. it is alot less problems and it will give you some extra HP. I had 86 LX and i hated it untill i removed all the vacuum lines. when you get rid off that rubber crap under the hood, the car will run great.
but if you have emission test in the state, i would recomend converting to EFI.
