At first I thought I was running to lean, but after hooking up my A/F ratio guage and telling my prob. to a couple of mechanics it seems as though Im running way to rich. The symptoms are: at idle and regular exceleration it has a good mix but at WOT the guage goes to the furthest mark on the rich side and stays there till I even out the throttle. Second symptom is when I do it WOT alot of greyish smoke comes out, I don't have leaks of any kind and my collent and oil level is always on the top. Is there anyway to get my car running more lean to where it is at perfect mix, without buying a FMU or a standalone.

if your car is EFI and it only gets rich at WOT then I dunno, that should be normal but if not you could have excessive fuel pressure, a bad position signal from your throttle body, or a bad coolant temp sensor.

it is normal, never trust air/fuel gauge.
every EFI car will put out grey smoke ar WOT, if it doesn't that means something is wrong with it.
