Is the swap just plug in and go, or do you need any special parts.
I have an ex and if the engine ever goes I'll drop in an h22.

how much was the engine itself?

The swap is pretty straight forward. if u use the accord wiring harness it will have to be modified, and if u use the H22 transmission, u'll have to modify the tranny to accept the accord mount which must be used on the 4th gen swaps. H22s run around $2600+ shipping and wut not.

are 4th gen H22 swaps common?
carotman
06-10-2002, 04:49 PM
I dunno if they are that common but I know 4 people whith those swaps and 2 with H23A swaps.... Those are real easy to install.

I'd very much like to have that engine in my car... i'd also very much like an NSX, but that ain't gonna happen either.
