not really a big fan of the chromies on the 3rd Gens. The car just does'nt have the right look to go chrome.

Just my opinion, but if that's what you like, and you could afford them... ...go for it.

Wow! $1000! Man, that's what I bought my car for. I'm planning on getting Rota Slipstreams ($400 shipped and only 12 lbs!), but my setup is for 1/4 and autoX, not looks. Those are some sweet rims, though. What color is your car - the contrast of the chrome with a dark paint would rock.

pics of the rotas? i am looking for some lightwieht 16-17's... i would prolly end up with 16's because of cost and weight.

i dont think those wheels would look good on a 3g, but its your car! :)

I like them, my boy has them on his 92 accord and they look tight when they are spinning.

my car is a perl baby blue, and i have a full front and rear 2000 prelude convershion so its not so boxy like stock 3rd gens. mikes has the pics, i am waiting for him to host them for me

so yer front and rear look like that white car that was posted earlier? with the 5g lude lights?

ooh ooh i wanna see pics of this...

i guess that makes those wheels a lot more fitting to the car!

nice rims, i had 17 chrome on my old accord, but u'll def need to drop it, idk bout puttin em on a hatch, i had em on a sedan and they were pimin.

The place I got my 18's for my TL tried to offer me those, but I declined. Not a bad wheel, just not my taste. But hey if there striking to you get them!

Rota SS's own. I have a set on my coupe, i would post pics but there are too many ongoing projects that need closure yet. btw these preojects are groudbreaking for the 3rdgen, be patient...

I had a set of 16X7.5 Chrome MHT Splitz on my first 89 Accord coupe (white) i did like it on the car a lot. But those particular rims i dont think will fit the car even with the conversion. I kinda grew out of chrome but one thing i can say is they dont scratch like others do. I would like to see some pics of your car with all the work i saw the pics during the body work. Send them to someone else to put up on the Message board.....
