your valve guides are worn/wearing out. pretty typical for a honda that has high miles or has been driven hard.

230000 miles but my experience was valve guide leaks showed up when cold starting not while idiling

usually that is the case. Could be blow-by. thats a heckuva lot of miles. you could try switching to a heavier weight oil in the mean time. sounds like you're well in need of a rebuild/new motor.

Or even minor head work could fix it, not neccesarily rebuilding the engine and its cheaper. Plus you can clean out all the crap in the head and get better power+milage

Spending a few minutes and doing a wet/dry compression test will tell you whether it's the head or the rings.

Sounds like you need to replace the valve guide seals. check the valve guides for play while your at it. I had 231,000 miles on my car when I took the head off and had the head machined, the valve seats reground and the valve guide seals replaced. After that my compression was slightly better than new and oil usage disappered.
