if you ask me, if you have it out, resurface it.

You should be able to get that resurfaced. Mine looked that bad just look for heat cracks. You might be able to get away with that clutch for a little while. You can find oem replacements on the internet for like 55-60 bucks probly.

if you wanna ghetto resurface it, just take some 100 grit sandpaper and lightly sand the surface evenly, looking for decent size cracks. That clutch disk looks new.

ok, the clutch measures in at 6.0mm thick which is within service limits...what else would cause it to slip? i adjusted the cable all the way out and it made it a LITTLE bit better, but it still slipped like a mofo.....

sounds like your pressure plate is messed up, i wouldnt reuse it.

I agree, the pressure plate is weak. The flywheel is glazed over from what I see. You can take some 80 grit, (lowest you will find at stores) & sand it down real good. New pressure plate & resurfacing flywheel would work if the disc is in specs. How many miles in this clutch assembly? New clutch assembly is worth the trouble anytime you pull out the transaxle, & drive shafts out!

*edit* Here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7981784723&category=) is one on ebay for a bill. Not sure what Auto-Zone wants one for.

the clutch disk is like new, it might be worn about .5mm... but you can still see the pads in it so id reuse it. I bet your flywheel is gonna have some decent size cracks in it though. If it has decent size cracks (over 1 inch) id replace it

That flywheel should be re-surfaced for maximun life & performance.

The flywheel has specs. to meet to re-surface it. Machinist should know them specs.

The flywheel has hair-line cracks in it which is ok to do if not too deep.
