i MIGHT juice it with a 50 shot, but as of now i am building for all motor
i will be using sidedraft carbs so no turbo or supercharger

You do know that is a b20 from a CRV not an accord. Why would you go with carbs on a obd2 Fuel Injected motor. Also I would be carefull in boring that anymore than it already is. The cylinder walls are very thin already and should be sleeved for any race application FI or N/A. Either way that was a great deal, good luck.

let me correct myself,
i am going to resleave it and bore it to 85mm.
i know its a crv b20 and i went with it cuz of the power potential and aftermarket support. more avaiaable that a b20a. it dosent matter that its obd 2 cuz i am not runnnig an ecu with the carbs

Alright I see, you will be able to get some major power out of that thing. One question I have is, why do you want to carb the motor and will you be placing the motor in you accord or another car? I dident even know they made a carb kit for those motors and IMO a carbed 4cyl only has so much potential. If you were to build a b20 vtec or turbo the sleeved b20 you could pull some seriose # from it. But to each his own good luck :rockon:

they dident come carbed, i am making it that way. i had dual solex 40mm addhe sidedraft carbs. it is going into my accord which is already carbed. i dident feel like doing an efi conversion. the second link is the fuel cell i am going to pick up, that way i can junk the stock tank and push alot of fuel through those carbs. alot of poeple say the 40's are to small. i know they where rated up to 2.0, but i am sure that is stock form

it's going to be around $1000.00 unless you have good hookup on the labor.

they do great work, but IMO I think they are a little overated and charge alot. I am going to get my head work done at a shop around here, they actually coat the inside of the head with some kind of material that makes it smooth as glass instread just polishing the head.

I will be running a 1990 B18a, Bored .20 over, everything balanced, all internal peices have been shot peened, Stock compression pistons with a GSR head Leaving me at 10.5:1 Compression after I mill a little off the head. I will be running a 1991 LS Cable tranny and a chipped p30 ECU. The whole car will be converted to OBD1. I am hoping to have the project finished by the end of summer, but :dunno: anything can happen. If I want to wait longer I could build the head, but I am getting a little anxious(s/p) to get it in my car.

DO NOT use this company. Last week, one of my coworkers went to pick up his B16 that they had just bored and fully rebuilt, and they tried to charge him 400 dollars extra, because the valve springs they installed the week before were rusted over. They do not stand behind their work, and refused to warranty anything that they did, claiming that it was not their fault. When he checked his credit card bill, he discovered they had charged him TWICE for the 2500 dollars he originally had agreed to pay for the work. He had to call the credit card company and have the payment stopped for all the work. Sorry to bear the bad news, but I suggest you find another shop in the area to work with.

Sacrilage! You must be dropping the vtec then since your gona run carbs. If you use some B20a1/2 cams it'll give you better top end if your going all motor.
I'll be surprisec if you have room for a mani and carbs tbh. the B will sit pretty upright and your sidedraughts need to be on a 7' upward tilt?

ill make it fit, i guess i am gonna have to custom the manifold along with the mounts so ill take everything into consideration. and your right, no vtec

i was looking at my buddies 00 civic today and i think i might try to use the 00 civic tranny mount and weld it into place. it seems easy enough to adapt. the left and rear mounts are the easy ones
