i would like to find some interior pics of a dx hatch with a relativly stock blue interior. i used to have some but i lost them, people ask me what i've done, and it would be nice to have a few pics to show them the interior in stock form. i especially want a couple of the rear inside quarters with the coin tray and the front door panels. that rear coin tray area was a bitch to change. if someone has a couple could you email them to me? my email is in my profile. here are a couple of before and after that i have. before http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/old%20car%20pics/38574.jpg after http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/Image00022.jpgbefore http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/old%20car%20pics/fcd231c2.jpg after http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/Photo600005.bmp before http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/old%20car%20pics/fcbb32de.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/old%20car%20pics/38574.jpg after http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/Image00019.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b205/moultriemanicmechanic/Image00018.jpg

Hey, I have that same wheel cover!!, I have a blue stock blue interior save for my seat covers, after I clean my car later today i'll try and get my digital camera to work (needs batteries).
(edit) How long did it take you to change it and was it hard to do?

(edit) How long did it take you to change it and was it hard to do? it took couple of years to get it the way i wanted it the blue interior in the before is the second interior i had done at least as far as the door panels and seats go. those are lxi seats we had to switch one of the tracks around and switch some parts back and forth but everything worked like the dx seats when we were done. those seats had bullet holes in them from the junkyard. morbidly cool like capone. i hated the blue plastic quarter panels in the back tried to paint them but the paint would abrade off after a while. I finally covered them to match the door panels that was a bitch.I also got rid of those dumb change pockets and made those inserts above the armrests. it's more time consuming then hard to do, i guess you have to have some artistic talent. one tip is to buy all your material at one time, then it matches, plus some extra for repairs. one stupid mistake i made was covering a set of lxi rear quarters thinking they would fit then finding out they were different. one thing i'm not happy with is the headliner, we have redone this headliner three times the first time the"quality" glue sagged after three months, the second one i didn't like and this one i had to cut down from a sedan and the edges don't look right. by cut down i mean the sedan headliner has slightly wider edges then the one on the hatch. next time i am going to cover the entire thing with fiberglass mat first so that there are no sags or wrinkles. and use perforated imitation leather to get rid of the plain look. i thought about molding 3gees across the headliner under the material. it took a lot of trial and error to get it right. i guess the best advice i can give you is to figure out what you want as far as a look then go from there.

Thanks. I know my interior isnt much i havent even worked on it much. All i have done is install the gauges and strip the back. Most of my money goes into the motor. Looks dont mean that much i want a car that performs.
