ordered some new brake stuff

well i just ordered EBC slotted dimpled rotors, hawk hps pads, and whatever rear shoes tirerack had...

now i gotta get a fucking hold of techna-fit and order the brake lines...

im thinking i need HN-810, whatcha think? www.techna-fit.com

my car is an 86 LX-i hatch, which as far as i know, has same brakes as all 86-89 DX or LX cars.. but im unsure snice they have a HN-880 for coupes.. :(

i plan on gteting the rotors cryoed locally and then throwing them on! :)

also spec stage 2 clutch from www.horsepowerfreaks.com will be going in as soon as i get a day when i can go down there and schmooz the sales people and try to get a better price! :)

i don't know why they have it listed that way. they have hn-810 listed as "accord coupe lx" and then hn-880 listed as "accord coupe w/ rear drum". as we all know an lx coupe has rear drums anyway, so it seems kind of redundant.

i think you'll be alright just as long as you get the 4-line kit. in case you don't already know, techna-fit doesn't take orders on the internet or over the phone. at least they didn't for me. you have to print out the order form from their site, fill it out, and fax it to them. kind of a pain, but once they get your order they ship it out pretty fast.

well i guess i can call them and see if i can figure out which kit i need for sure, then fax them the sheet. dont really have access to a fax machine, and snail mail isnt fast enough... :( hmm...
