Whew... finally got the head off. Thanks goes to Strugglebucket for the dogbone mount tip (it worked!) when removing the crankshaft pulley bolt.

Anyway, I was taking a look around the engine bay making note of parts i'm going to need to replace and I noticed a part with a dangling cable. I'm thinking I may have broken it, but I'm not sure.

Can anyone tell me where the circled end is supposed to go? What parts will I need to fix this?

I figure I'll attach a few pics of the block with the head off...

Thar wire is the choke heater wire... there should be another wire with a female connection somewhere near there... maybe below the intake manifold.

I don't see the wire harness with all the wires in your pics... it should be one of the wires on there though.
