I just had a new exhaust system put on including pacesetter headers, cat, resonator, 2.25 in piping and super turbo muffler. I noticed that it almost stumbles/hesitates when trying to accelerate in any gear below about 3500rpms. I was wondering if this was normal for this type of exhaust or if it would be something else. The only thing i am thinking is that i drove it to the shop with just the headers installed and so maybe the valves overheated and are warped or bent slightly.... it pulls very nicely at higher rpms though.

Your system is probably flowing to good. Dependign on th cat and resonator that you're using. A couple of other guys have complained of the same thing happening at the same rpm level when they got their new exhaust put on.
