carb bog

My 87 automatic accord has recently been bogging between 3500 and 4500rpms, when I back off on the acceleration this reduces the bog. It usually happens after making a stop and having to increase speed to more the 60kph or when climbing a hill. I can always feel it happening but sometimes I have to pull over and let others pass until the rpms increase again. It also seems worse in very wet weather. I have replaced the distributor cap and rotor, spark plugs and wires, pcv valve and air filter. It still remains the same. The vacuum lines seem ok, I also tried carb cleaner. Any other suggestions?

you should try replacing both fuel filters, and if that doesnt work you could test the fuel pump pressure. should be around 3psi i think. I was having the same problem a little while back and when we pulled the fuel pump out the strainer was clogged with dirt. I cleaned it out and havent had a problem since.
