Ok, question -

a '94 Integra uses the same rear disc rotors as an '89 Accord SE-I. Why can I not just swap the Integra rear rotors/calipers into the Accord? Might I need a custom backing plate/bracket, or no?

Anyone looked into this? If not, I'm going to. :)

Only one thing in there about Integra rear discs, and only that it 'won't fit'.

I doubt it has even been tried. The rear wheel bearing hub assemblies are THE SAME. The rotors are THE SAME. Christ, the calipers look extremely similar, and the only difference I'm seeing, is in the caliper bracket!

I thought they were talking about the civic not fitting... Carrotman said the teg rears are the same. The guy asking the question in the thread asked about the teg but then asked about the civic as the donor, which makes no sense.

What about these parts?

- Proportioning valve
- Knuckle
- Control arms
- Trailing arm
- Heat shield.

well, all i have to say, do the swap and tell us if they fit. No one here tried to swap rear suspension from teg.

I don't want the whole rear suspension. That's making it overly difficult.

All you need are -

Backing plate
Rotors
Caliper Carrier (bracket)
Caliper

lol.. I will do this in the coming weeks... we'll see how it turns out :)
