If I had the money I would go to Nopi nationals in the Atl. I have been to Louisana, Oklahoma and will be going to Houston for a show in September. I am trying to go wherever I can to rep for the 3geez.

Dont worry TK, me & a couple of my boys with 3Geez plan to go to Nopi & see what we can do about getting the 3Gee name known. Once it happens ill let you know what the results were. & to get into Nopi its cost like either 20 or 40 dollars & some change

Here is a little bit better pic of my spoiler. Hopefully it will be coming off when I get enough money to repaint my trunk.

Its not the cost to get into Nopi that I cant afford its the days off of work and the money for food and hotel.

Why do you have to repaint your trunk?

Did someone scratch it?

I just dont want the spoiler anymore. I want to go for that smoother look. I am going to take the spoiler off and shave the inner tail lights and license(sp) plate box.

hey tk, i got a proposition for you. how about we race and have our cars run over a 2 inch hole ? hehehehe just messing with you man. I always loved ur car, cause it looks just like mine. hehehe, Most of all, i love what u put into it bro. i love the paint, your seats and most of all, hydraulics. I love em man. I wanna hear more about how the ride is on your hydraulics. Is it worth the city driving? if so, how much did u pay for it? is the trunk spaced out with the unit in there? thanks man. i wish u have a website. it would be soo much fun.

The ride is ok. If I got accumulators it would be better. I can deal with it though. No real truck space. I paid about 2500 could have got it for cheaper but decided to go the easy way and i was in a hurry. If anybody has questions feel free to pm me and I will awnser them to the best of my ability.

tk89acc how much was ur paint job?

tk89acc
08-15-2002, 07:28 PM
Its not hydros but more people know what that is so when they ask how the hydros are I just let it slide. Its actually air cylinders. I dont have any pics of the set up but I live right by DFW airport. My father works at a shop in Carrolton and I will be there next week during the day working on my car. If you want to meet pm me and we can work out the details.

As for the cost of the paint job it cost me basically nothing. My dad paints for a living and I helped him with the prep. I was given the paint for a b-day/Christmas present so I didnt have to pay for materials. The cost of a paint job like this will probably cost between 5-6 grand.

oh i c but thats cool...so do u have a compressor on board?

and ill b busy next week, im getting ready to move back to school so mayb some other time. i would really like to c ur car in person sometime though

and yes that paint alone is expensive not to mention having to do all the prep work

but its cars like urs that make me have second thoughts bout moving to a 5th gen......the suspension options....or should i say the lack of..... is really the only thing that is holding me back...

tk89acc
08-15-2002, 08:20 PM
yeah Im runing a 3/4 hp compressor. I need another on so I can air up faster. Where are you going to school? When you get time to meet just pm me and well see if we can.

im going to a&m this is my 3rd year.....

what size air tank? hoses? just increasing the hose size could make a diff too? and possibly goin with bigger valves

tk89acc
08-16-2002, 10:09 AM
5 gallon tank, 3/8 inch valves, 1/2 inch line. I talking about getting air in the tank. It move fast it just the air is lost fast and it takes a couple minutes for the tank to fill back up.
